A group of middle school girls in Texas have been charged with buying skirts online to sell on their own.
In court Monday, a juvenile judge ordered the girls to appear in court on Oct. 13.
They are accused of making thousands of dollars from selling skirts on the online marketplace MySwimShoes.com.
The girls are accused in a complaint filed in the state attorney general’s office.
The group has previously been charged in other states.
According to the complaint, the skirts were sold by the group for between $10 and $20, and included patterns and colors.
